      New means wrapped and sealed too.

      Unless perhaps they get these in wholesale 1m x 1m boxes with only foam in-between each card to use for their pre-builds perhaps? That would be the only explanation I can think of, but they'd have to mention that somewhere.

    I mean the proof would be the cards would be pretty dusty as its hard to clean them 100% after open case mining. Plus there would be oil leeching out of the thermal pads.

  my theory is that people claimed RMA with Skycomp and then Skycomp held these FHR cards when it was returned from RMA back when FHR cards were at a premium hoping to profit more and just gave the customer a new LHR card from their existing stock back instead. Now they are clearing these….
