Bonus Beats Solo with HTC One X ($44/Month) and HTC One S ($37/Month) from Virgin on 24 Months Contract

80

They extended the bonus 2GB promotion too, so for $44 a month you get a top of the range phone, 2.25 gbs of data and $450 worth of calls, seems pretty decent to me but there's always going to be a person who's going to calculate this out and prove me wrong :D.

  • Damn! the free 3 months access fee promotion gone !!!

    • OH! I forgot, 5 months half access fees, going to add that now to the deal.
Edit: Okay, nevermind, that only works with the $49 fair go plan.

Hey guys, the HTC One S is $0 upfront on the BigPlan 39, and $8 on the BigPlan $29 ($37/m). Might as well get the $39 BigPlan as for the extra $2 you get $200 more credit and another 250MB (2.5GB total). Already got mine at my local Virgin store in Glen Waverley today, they only had white beats headsets though.

    • What's the difference between a HTC One S and HTC One X? Think this post refers to the One X.

      • One S - Aluminium Body, Smaller, 4.3 inch, Superamoled, Dual Core Snapdragon S4, Newly released in Australia
One X - Plastic Body, Bigger, 4.7 inch, SLCD2, Quad Core Tegra 3, has been released for a while in Australia.

Actually, it would be prudent to note that the One S being released on plans here have come with the S3 1.7 ghz chip, not the S4 1.5 ghz. Although the S3 has a higher clock speed, the S4 is significantly faster due to its architecture. I think you can only get the S4 One S from Mobicity (aus stock).

  • I'm with Virgin and am looking for a new phone. Currently have a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 and am looking at either HTC One X, Samsung Galaxy SII or Sony Ericsson Arc S.

Any recommendations? Any idea whether Virgin Mobile will allow an upgrade, free, before contract ends in December?

    Thanks.

    • One X definitely the best in your choices, though you shouldn't be looking for the Arc S when the Xperia S is only $5 extra and a much better phone. If you can spend the a bit extra, then I would get the One X, if not, for $34 a month I would grab the Xperia S over the Samsung Galaxy S2.

  • Can someone confirm the beat solo headphone is the one selling for $399 which I saw on JB's catalogue? Does signing this deal online has other exclusive special? or we can also get the headphone if signing from any virgin shops?
