Agreed - from what I've read the C835 series look amazing
The C835 does look like great value, but at this price I guess the more comparable TV is the TCL 75" C735 (also QLED). The TCL 75" C735 is superior in refresh rate (144hz, I am worried about sport on this 50hz Samsung Panel) and direct back-lit instead of this Samsung being edge lit (reviews also mention poor performance in dark movies). I'm open to this Samsung but I'm also wondering why I would choose it over the TCL. How does Google TV compare to Tizen?
You should probably go with the 85 inch BU8000 if you just want something cheap and cheerful but big.
