Was having a look through the Georges Cameras Black Friday sale and was surprised to see the newly released Canon EOS R6 mark ii for $3859, especially considering the next cheapest is Digidirect at $4249!

Launch pricing was widely focused on the 2500 to 2800 USD range by the sites I frequent.
That's exactly the case.
If you're overseas and doing duty free it's a no brainer but getting things shipped in always makes me salty.
Wonder if theabyss factored in taxes as Japan usually quotes their prices before taxes, then we get slapped with imports.
Another factor to keep in mind - Canon Australia = 5yr warranty. US and other import is 1yr.
Price matched at digidirect which had the EF -> RF adapter slightly cheaper and free shipping, but we'll see how long it takes them to ship.

Based on it being brand new (literally still in pre-order phase in the US), I was surprised to see it on sale, so I have a feeling it was a mistake.
