  Have previously returned this and the YAS-209. Neither would work with ARC across either my LG or Panasonic TVs, even after getting 3rd party support to ensure all settings etc.

  My mums old amp for her Yamaha speakers died (it has a CD player/DVD player).

  Was going to get a Yamaha receiver to replace it but this is just more convenient for someone like that.

  Does anyone else have an issue with the soundbar, where when using the HDMI passthrough (I use an Nvidia Shield, so using the in & out ports), I don't get any visual indication for volume change? The Shield & TV remotes still work to change volume, but without being able to see any type of bar, and with some extra lag on volume changes, it makes volume a nightmare!
