not sure if this is a good deal

It seems amazing to me, especially with a QHD display!

Needs to be $200 cheaper for a great bargain.

    • Yeah I agree.

  • Maybe if it was 1,100

  • I have a 11th gen i7 in my Nitro and it gets very hot.

The 3060 can certainly run games at QHD but don't expect ultra high settings at that resolution.

  • Anyone know which 3060 is in this? Unable to find which Wattage GPU it is

    • Pretty sure it's 95w with bios update. Sift thru past deals you'll see it come up a few times.

The nitro 5 chasis, simply can't handle the heat well from the higher end CPUs..

Most of the complaints about this laptop is from people with the i7 and i9 versions,…

Generally people with the i3/ i5 versions.. are much happier with their purchase..
    Heat and power draw issues..

You would be crazy buy this…

P.S. Most people are voting with their wallets, hence why.. there's so many stil left over.. after the so limited 1 hour sale… and thus.. it is still available..

the purchasing officer at Scorptec is going to get a surprise they dont sell out…
they need to find enough uninformed people to purchase this…to get rid of their stock

    • Any out there u would recommend with todays pricetag mate? Trying to see if any would tempt me cos i dont need one thats for sure lol

Yeah im in the same boat, looking to spend $1500 tops on upgrading from my current laptop and want to get best spec possible for the cash. Its such a minefield out there

    • Upvoted your comment as you probably have a point, but I have a i5-10300H (RTX3060) variant and the TDP is 45 Watt, same as this CPU.
I have had 0 problems and am very happy with my purchase. So YMMV.
