Heymix 25W Gan Charger $12.99 with 50% off coupon applied at checkout

Was looking around for a charger with the "Super Fast Charge" for my S21 Ultra, and found this gem for a pretty good price. Pretty good if you're lazy like me and need to have a couple of 25W Chargers around the house (without having to return to that one room with the one charger).

Not sure how long the deal will be going on for, better grab it before its gone.

Way too many issues with Heymix chargers and power boards. See previous deals for issues that Ozbargainers have had with the brand.

      Previous deal - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/739401

Multiple users found issues with wiring of the powerboards, likely missing surge protection. There are also links to issues users have had with chargers.

Bit sick of repeating this but they are a potentially dangerous product.

      Thanks for the downvotes.

$6.50 is expensive for a fire starter.

  • GaN ?

Gallium Nitride. Replaces silicon. Smaller footprint with lower temps..but no good if badly implemented. would stick with reputable brand unless you have good fire insurance. Cheap chargers and cells are a nightmare.
Not saying heymix are bad but I've erred on the side of caution with bigger name brands for this type of thing.

I have heaps of Heymix stuff and my house is still standing. Have a 4 pack of these specifically and they've been great.

I have a number of HEYMIX chargers.

Total fire brigade callouts = 0

I'm sure a lot of Galaxy Note 7 users said the same thing.

Pay double for a kmart USBC charger
At least you know it's AU standards and Kmart has enough fund to cover your home in case of fire

      That's an 18W Charger, not a 25W.
