It’s ok, I got it.
I bought a PS5 for $799 using gift cards from JB Hifi yesterday. It cost me $630 with all the discounts. However, I am not planning to use that till the December holidays. From the look of these sales, it looks like the retail price will be $700 by then. Good thing is, I can return before 30 days.
They have a two week price guarantee… and they don't actually have to refund for change of mind dude.. but cool story
They don't have to per ACL but have made the choice already per their policy, hence the do have to in order to not get caught by misleading and deceptive conduct laws:

:) Thanks. See, I was not talking about these bundles but the Stand-alone disc ones. Amazon has them in stock all the time now. So, how are they going to sell these bundles at $888? Once the God Of War hype is over, no one is going to bother about these bundles. And these bundles are everywhere in numbers. The staff said not much demand for them now. They will have to sell them bundles at $799 and reduce the Stand alone to $700 or may be $750. That was my thought process. Let's see how it ages.
@amazonaddict: It's coming into Xmas and people are finally getting their hands on one for their sons/daughters/ husbands etc they won't be reducing the price at all
Then why not buy it in a month's time then ? Now you've potentially wasted JB and your own time twice and you'll try and brave the shops days before Xmas day yikes..
I agree. I was under the impression it is still in high demand and will not be able to get one if I waited till holidays. Anyways, I am not going to return it.
