    Update: they said there was a sudden increase in demand causing dispatch traffic, but indicate the warehouse is in the process of handing my order over to the courier.

  They didn't reply for a few days to my reply to their original e-mail, so I sent a follow up. Then they finally replied saying that they've sourced stock and sent me an AusPost tracking number.
