T's & C's

  • The '$ to go' amount that appears when you start the challenge is the pre GST amount.
  • This challenge entitles you to $5 bonus cashback when you spend $50 or more at any online store via ShopBack between 7.00pm and 11.59pm AEDT on 28th November 2022.
  • Excludes purchases from Amazon, Disney+, ShopBack Gift Cards, ShopBack Pay & ShopBack In-Store.
  • Only purchases made after you 'Start' this challenge will qualify for the bonus cashback.

    Nope nothing there in the app.

    A suggestion for the Rep: all these challenges under Earn More are getting a lot confusing (more like AliExpress coins / points / coupon / games etc) and hard to find in the app for a normal user. Why not keep it simple and place these on the home screen or under some "Rewards" section or similar. Another thing that I don't get is: why call it a "challenge" anyway.

    hey GYB, I know this is irrelevant to this thread. But can you help to ask your IT team to fix the issue of your chrome extension? Enable shopback extend makes chrome extremely slow for some reason. After disable it, the issue just gone.

      eBay aren't super clear on this as the Cashback is likely to track but it could be flagged by them as gaming which would then invalidate the Cashback, so I usually say to use your discretion, and also note that the Cashback/Min. Spend will be based on the purchase amount after the use of vouchers.

        So the Bonus won't track until the Cashback on the original purchase is paid out, "Update" here means the status of the challenge updating from "opted in" to "rewards pending".

      For eBay and Amazon, yes, for other merchants however the Cashback will be rejected which will mean the Bonus won't track.

              @wekimekigugudan: I won't be bothered to do it any more (after last time talking). eBay purchase with coupon may have the challenge pending completed, but it will be "Rejected" eventually and the challenge won't turn completed.

                @pichxlonco: Tracking record with "Calculating" means zero cashback, which turns to "Rejected" in the end. The challenge will not turn completed for a "Rejected" purchase, unless it approves with zero cashback.

        Hey folks, valid codes are always listed in the Info and Deal's section of the Cashback info on our app and website, so always best to check there if you need this info! On app, if you tap the "Cashback Info" at the bottom of the page when browsing the merchant in our app, or o our website it's just in the info of the merchant's page if you scroll down. If the code isn't mentioned there, Cashback won't be able to be stacked with it. Hope that helps!

    I spend $70 for 3 items in chemist warehouse in one transaction. The system tracked each item separately, looks like the system made me not eligible for this challenge. Anyone has the same issue?

      If they're all tracked as the same order number, it shouldn't cause trouble, it's likely that the Challenge just hadn't been updated yet. As said though, if you don't see that update within the next day or two, reach out to me and I'll get you sorted.
