Possibly available in other stores too, Costco Epping appears to be clearing out LEGO advent calendars for $19.99 each.

Plenty of Lego Star Wars, Lego Friends and Lego City left as of time of posting.
The Harry Potter Lego Advent Calendar was available but still retailing at $38.99

Considering these were retailing for $40+, probably a much better deal per brick.

  This is in the Costco at Docklands (VIC) - Harry Potter, Friends, and City. The Harry Potter is listed at $29.99 but when we took it to checkout it was $19.99. There was heaps when we went at 5pm.
