Sennheiser RS175 Wireless $344 Delivered @ Addicted to Audio

70

Seems like a good deal for those who have a bought a high end TV in the recent deals and haven't gotten around to buying speakers. It has great reviews on google and the selling store.

If you have access to TGG Commercial, these are $264.

    • Yes I think I got mine under $250 via price beat with OW in store

I really like mine so much I bought a second headset for my wife, more often though I watch wearing them while she listens to the TV as I like it loud, my only wish is that they included noise cancelling technology

    • Does the tv need a headphone jack?

      • Pretty sure mine is connected by an optical cable

      • Sometimes (or more often?) plugging anything into the headphone jack results in tv speakers turning off
        .

  • I have a different model and love these. Old tech but easy to use, no fiddly Bluetooth pairing & disconnection/out of range issues. Simply RF. However, still selling at such high prices for old tech is disappointing.

    • That was my thought re my comment above, very expensive for tech that by today's standards, should also include Bluetooth and/or noise cancelling features

  • I have seen this around $300 mutiple times

  • I had the last gen - my hair kept getting pulled out, from the charging point on the top of the headphones.

    Is this still an issue?

  • I have an older, cheaper pair of Sennheiser RF headphones, which work OK but I find issues with static persist, even when sitting 3m away directly in front of the TV & base station. Are newer / higher end models more reliable, or is bluetooth a more stable technology? I just want to watch TV / play games without static interrupting when I turn my head, or having my ears blasted with static when it fails to detect an input signal.

  • Have seen it under $300
I think I've got mine under $250 via price beat with OW
I am personally not very impressed with the design and sound quality.

  • kind of redundant when pretty much all high end TVs have bluetooth. Just get a bluetooth noise cancelling headset at this price
