I am personally never buying from Rivers again after my last experience with them, products took months to arrive, and then multiple of them were wrong products or sizes. I didn't even bother with a refund, just vowed to never buy from them again.
If you want something from them, go walk into a store. Based on my prior experience, their online system is horrendous.
