Reason: Listing error on Amazon. Users reported receiving a 16GB Kit, not a 64GB Kit as was initially posted.
Another mistake? Price error? Says kit of two and 64gb….

Model number has 64 on the end in the title.
Model number in the "technical details" he probably meant.
Certainly an error though as the 16GB option is more expensive.

Just went through this on the corsair ones, if the title doesnt match the item number in the ASIN then you will just get sent what ever the ASIN number says it is

Yep refund once item is returned. Tried 5 different agents got 20 bucks promo credit. Not worth the effort

Spoke to Amazon Customer Service who confirmed "As I can see your product details, you will get the product of 64GB. The information available on the website are misleading and I am escalating this issue."

Yeh I've also spoken to the customer rep, and he rest assured me that I'll be getting what I've selected which he could see is a '64gb' version of the product.
Guys, these items are not handpicked.
Amazon warehouses are fully automated, you get what the computer sees and that is what the ASIN shows.
@Jessie Ryder: Problem is the ASIN on the invoices show KF552C40BBK2-64, which really confuses the CSR.
I do agree with you though, Amazon USA is pretty switched on. The chance of these going through without being noticed is low.
The 16GB version is also wrong - part number āKF552C40BBK2-32, which is 32GB.

Careful peeps, this is extra painful if coming from Amazon US. There's international freight you have to pay for on the return, which needs another call, and international freight form to have it reimbursed.

Maybe this is the lesson for the trust?I did purchase 2 sets of 64Gb already, but was confused what the fuss was about the incorrect asin.
I decided to cancel the order when I realised the product title does not match the product information "Technical Details" below. I don't want to deal with getting a refund for this. Besides, the main reason is I don't have a new computer that uses DDR5 yet.

Definitely listing error, when you copy the ASIN into Amazon US website https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09T97ZSVB you will see that it is really a 16GB kit (2x8GB)

Someone actually got it, and Dell offered $249 to some a few days ago, see follow-ups. And no money withheld by Dell when canceled.

Worse case, just hurt someoneās feelings? You have to deal with FOMO if honoured. Just lower your expectations, what to lose? I ordered one and donāt expect to get it, getting up to 40 days to cancel or canceled by Amazon automatically.

Whatever you chose to land on, just make sure to stick to 2x DDR5 DIMMs for AM5, performance seems to take a massive hit when using 4xDIMMs (speed drops to about 3600). Still early days for DDR5 I think..
I was able to overclock my 4 dimms on 7950x to 5600mhz, CL 40 40 40 80. (I have 2x Aorus 5200mhz 32gb kit GP-ARS32G52D5) Seems to be stable as it passed memtest86 overnight.
I wonder why they still havenāt fixed it?

Came up when I bought the 5200 after clicking through and was last one supposedly. It says I bought the 'single dimm' listing in the header comparisons, but as far as I'm concerned I'll take the hit with amazon and see what they ship me. Invoice Title says what you see in the images so I'll either get money back (voucher) or what the invoice says.
