  • Incredibly slow to dispatch (4 business days in my case)
  • Didn't respond to my email

  I still don't have my order from 27 November (though to be fair, some of the blame is on Aus Post). Other posters have reported slowness in previous deals too.

      Thanks for the quick reply & offer, but I think you're missing the point. Onus was on Kai to get it out of the door…. in https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/740035 you advertised roasting starting 24 Nov, but you took 4 business days to actually get my order out of the door (that post has my order no.). Onus was also on Kai to respond to emails - mine asked if you'd dispatched yet or not. No reply. After that, sure, THEN you can start blaming Australia Post.

      If you think Aus Post is slow and you want orders to people by Christmas, maybe an offer including Express Post is a better idea?

  Agree with Gav , they ship late. I stopped buying after 2 weeks shipping to Melbourne. And when you ask they blame aus post, so your coffee is almost 3 weeks old by the time you get it.
