Why aren't the Australian ones "true authentic"??

  • Shame you don't have prices in title/description.

    • Retails Price is $15.8 . that's second first line in description.

      • sorry if that was unclear

      • +2

Why not have the price people pay if they bought 2? 3? 4? Alongside with how much people save.

If we need to click to your website just to see the price of a single product you are advertising, that is very click baity.

EDIT: looks like you didn't care in the previous deal either ahaha

        • Thank you CodeXD for the feedback. Fixed, edited the post

Your recent Cyber Monday deal had better savings. Feels like a marketing ad than a deal post

Also better get a packet from Aldi for $18.99/kg

    • Not really. we have never had %50 percent deals.

      • -4

Not really. we have never had %50 percent deals.

        Sorry what??

Purchase 1, Get the 2nd for 50% off, Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Buy 3 Get 1 Free (Free Delivery over $47 Spend) @ Bazzaz Pistachios

I know this essentially means 25% off when buying 2 but that's besides the point.

        • +7

That's %50 off the second item you buy. You would have to pay full price for the first item. thats equivalent of %33 off of total order.

          • @Bazizi: 25% but again, besides the point.

        • +5

That equates to 25% off the lot though.

          • -5

@Lord Fart Bucket: Yes. I know. Point being how rep advertises the sale.

            • +1

@m9: my bad yes, that was %25

              • -4

                @Bazizi: Psst.. % comes after. 25% not %25.

            • +2

@m9: You see that everywhere. Hardly trickery.

      • -4

Shipping itself costs $8.99. If you buy 3, the shipping is already free. The actual discount is:
        * Buy 2 Get 1 Free (Save $15.80) vs Buy 2 Get 20% OFF (Save $6.31)
        * Buy 3 Get 1 Free (Save $15.80) vs Buy 3 Get 30% OFF (Save $14.22)

So my original point still stands

        • Dear bargainsgrabber,

You should compare that deal(Buy 3 Get 1 Free) with

          • Buy 4 Get 40% OFF ($37.92 - Save $25.28) + free shipping

cause in both deals you'll be getting 4 tin cans.

          • -3

@Bazizi: Good luck but if I’m getting 4 from you, I would rather get one from either Aldi/Costco

This is OzBargain, people go to deals that offer the best value:price ratio

            • @BargainsGrabber: That's at least what we think we are offering.

    • +1

Also now we offer free delivery for orders above $29 instead of $47

Holding out for The Sands of Time sequel

    • You must be Pist at waiting

      • nuts if he was

  • aren't these expensive it's like $40/kg

Normally can get Pistachios around $20/kg at other shops, Costco even had them around $20/kg recently.

Has someone actually researched these if they are worth double the price in terms of healthiness because they are definitely not worth double for just taste

    • We do have 100% customer satisfaction policy if that helps you. please check https://bazzaz.com.au/policies/refund-policy

      • +1

I will never be satisfied with the "special" price of $40/kg.
Does that mean if I order 1000 cans and finish them, can I get a full refund as I'm not 100% satisfied

        • +6

Maybe this product’s not for you but it’s definitely not worth for you to start acting like a child… Get a hold of yourself, mate..

          • -2

@Gervais fanboy: I don't know what you mean by that, please do explain (a guy most likely working for them)

            • +5

@michael9865: Somebody calls you out for you inane line of questioning and they must be affiliated?
You are not that bright, are ya..

              • -1

@Gervais fanboy: a person who resorts to name calling instead of helping means they have nothing positive to say even though they "plus" the deal. Seeing as you could not help answer any of my simple questions and instead try to belittle me to make others think this could be a good deal; one can only assume you are either working with them in some sort of capacity

                • +2

                  @michael9865: Look at yourself bud

                  instead of helping

You asked the op - “Does that mean if I order 1000 cans and finish them, can I get a full refund as I'm not 100% satisfied
Are you actually looking for some fool to actually answer that question for you ?

even though they "plus" the deal.

I don’t need your permission before i 👍 or 👎 a deal. I have tried their product before and fondly familiar with it, so gave it a thumbs up.

Seeing as you could not help answer any of my simple questions

You are very simple, no doubt about that…

                  instead try to belittle me

I made a little remark based on how emotive you had gotten with your response..
Most men have a thicker skin, regardless I apologise if it hit you like that.

                  make others think this could be a good deal;

Where and how did i do that ?
I only called you out for what you said, I didn’t defend the op or their brand anywhere.. You are now making an outright false claim over here.

one can only assume you are either working with them in some sort of capacity

                  ‘One’ - yes.
                  The simple one

If you really believe that I am ‘working for them’, please go ahead and report me or talk to the mods whatever…And I’ll take you on from there.

                  • @Gervais fanboy: still unsure what your saying as it's basically nonsense

and you still never answered my very simple question

        • -2

this is special price as you need to subsidise the tin can lmao

  • +8

I bought these off the last sale .. I personally couldn't tell the difference, nor could my wife nor my mother or father … they tasted just like Woolies pistachios ..

Also annoyed that one container had about 6 empty shells and not sign of a floating nut in the can. I'd expect that from Woolies .. but not for the retail price these guys are selling them.

Again, personal opinion of us four …

    • Hey,
Sorry to hear that, We do have 100% customer satisfaction policy. please check https://bazzaz.com.au/policies/refund-policy for details.

      • +2

What's the point, other than telling you, we ate them all anyway, the can is at the recycling plant

        • Good on you for recycling :)

  • I thought the good pistachios were from a corner of Sicily. At least the good type for gelato and ice cream.

  • I eat around 100g Pistachio daily. What is the difference between coles/Woolworth and yours?

    A$20/kg vs A$80/kg?

I have been in Iran before pretty cheap there

    • +1

How much was it in Iran?

      • cheap compare to here. Iran is a developing country.

        • de-volving

      • +1

They are the third highest dry fruit prodcers in the world, great quality too…
So Ofcos it’s considerably cheaper to buy it locally from there.
Similar thing with the Turkish dry fruit.

      • Not so cheap. Wholesale price for Iranian pistachio in Iran is around 10 USD per kg.
Not salted, Not packaged, Not shipped.

      • -2

These don't come from Iran, they come from Persia. Lol

  • +1

Yeah nah i will choose wollies pistachios 16.5 for 750 gr. Also i have got free rewards point lol..

    • Don't forget free delivery, too.

      • Free pickup as well :O

  • Something about the blurriness and mismatched perspective of the pistachio image on the lid is giving me 'uncanny valley' / motion sickness feels.

  • The arguements going on in the comments are… nuts!

  • Comments has driven me nuts !!!

  • +2

    Aren't we boycotting Iran again?
If its not for the abuse of women, then for sending weapons to Russia that are killing innocent Ukrainians.

OTOH, damn it they do taste good.

    • Curious as to why someone would neg this comment. My pos cancelled it out, BTW!

    • -1

I'm certainly not giving them a cent.

    • (#) Lets be doing the current thing, no questions asked..👍

  • +1

too expensive this is not a deal..

  • I tried the code “AU15” why it does not work?
