i get the error "You have already selected a seat using these details" when i try to use the promo code CRICKET (which is valid). i already entered once without a promo code. t&cs suggest i can enter twice. am i doing something wrong?

  You're not doing anything wrong. Looks like it's only one entry per person then. So no bonus entries for those that have already entered.
