        I must be colour blind.

          That's worse than colour blindness. They're completely opposite ends of the spectrum. ;)

            @Snoop:

            They're completely opposite ends of the spectrum.

            I have good Peripheral vision.

    Just had a live chat with JB Hi-Fi to try to get it price matched, didn't work on the first attempt as they said it must've been a price error on Amazon. Worked on the 2nd attempt and they sent a link to buy it at $49.

    Wicked Wednesday Code (92WICKEDWED10) is still valid with a price match which brings it down to $44.10

    • whoa, didn't realised they revoke back to $69, thought they were just out of stock.

    • JB team say "normally we can price match with amazon but unfortunately they are currently price matching with a error on our site this morning which has been fixed, so we can't price match with them for the Pokémon game"

    I got the game priced matched with Amazon..the jbhifi guy I spoke too just asked if I was matching with Amazon and then put it through for me no questions asked. Guess it may depend on who you get

    • Not his money! ;)

  • amazon just went up .. so no price match now !

  • Now that everyone's actually had a chance to play the game, I think we can definitively say that it is absolutely not worth even $49 in its current buggy and poor performing state.

    It's sold extremely well regardless (largely because of the brand name), but reeks of Nintendo trying to rush a game out before Xmas without any regard for how poorly it runs, how terrible some of the graphics are even for a switch game (e.g. background characters that literally look like a slideshow) and the many comical glitches that still haven't been fixed.

    By no means unplayable, but needs a lot of patching which seems to be very slow in coming. Money better spent elsewhere at the moment.

    • I got a switch for a killer deal for $150 the only downside is a minor scuff mark on the screen that's permanent, aside from that I probably spent like $300+ on a couple games like atleast 7 and now my switch sits idle lmao, also mario strikers is so not worth it i should refund it lol

    Gotta agree, I finished it and had a good time overall but my experience was definitely tarnished by the state of graphics. Really poor show from the best selling games franchise of all time. I’m a die hard Pokémon fan since the red & blue days so I’m probably always going to buy what they put out but I wouldn’t recommend it to someone not already entrenched in the franchise lol.
