        People say the pro is just a more expensive version of the express, but a quick google shows 3s heatup for the pro vs 30s for the thermocoil of the express. Also, different steam wand design and more grind settings. And ofc the LCD which can probably play Doom if you try.

  Few months ago I ordered a barista express from good guys and picked it up from their store. when I got home I realised they gave me a barista pro by mistake

    Typical Good Guys. It wasn’t on the scale of your Barista Pro but I collected a Kindle Paperwhite from them a year ago and they gave me the 32Gb version by mistake too.
