I'm a big fan of XTAR chargers…
for above batteries, you could get VC4 (4 batteries at once) or VC8 (8 batteries at once). They have plus series which is better again.

AA, AAA = IKEA charger for $10, much better than my Panasonic Eneloop charger
My Panasonic Eneloop Fast and Smart Charger always tells me my Ikea batteries are dead so I have to partially charge them in the 'dumb' ikea charger until the Eneloop charger can recognise them.
My Panasonic Eneloop charger (came with 4 eneloop batteries) was really dumb, it didn't even sense whether batteries are charged and just wait 15 hours to switch it off. It even had a weird requirement to charge batteries in pairs. So, I couldn't just charge single battery.
Sold it on FB marketplace got IKEA one (and loads of LADDA too), which is much faster than Eneloop one.
Yeah that's the slow overnight one I think - K-KJ51M. made the same mistake. I just bought the smart charger K-KJ55M as it was discounted in Amazon with some extra AAs.
@xaykogeki: Could be that one. About 13 years ago I got a Sony charger with 4 * Sony Ni-MH for a camera (gave all to my sister later), it was a proper charger even back then, can't believe Panasonic still makes such crap these days.
Won't do 18650 though
I've got the LiitoKala Lii-500 and xtar vc4 for my parents. Both work well, the LiitoKala can adjust the charging rate and the XTAR came with a USB to barrel plug charger.
Can get the Lii-500 for sub $30 on ebay.
