      Same. Emailed customer support 3x and told different things. Someone on whirlpool was successful in getting some payment out of 'good will' from them after threatening with AFCA.

    I got the offer and clicked activate and it just took me to their web page - didn't seem like it registered me for anything.

      Same, in the past when I activate I get a pop up on redirection page. When I activate again I get pop up again. This time I get nothing. No pop up’s. I will try activate another later time.

    crap app. i logged in app and and see opt out of direct marketing within app option displayed and disabled but still havent ever received any offers. log into same phone app with wifes account there isn't even an opt out of direct marketing within app option displayed. what could be the issue does she need to enable something on the desktop website first?

      Guess we didn't make the promo list.

    I contacted Latitude and they said it should come through 2 weeks after the promotion ends. They said as long as you clicked the link it activates.
