  I held off on buying this for ages just because even after watching trailers and reading reviews etc I couldn't figure out what the hell it was. Very strange game. I loved it, finished it despite the fact it goes for many, many hours. It's hard to compare it to anything else, not really any other games like it (which contributes to the difficulty in getting your head around what it is without actually playing it), and it definitely won't be to everybody's taste.

  I'm not sure it really needs the sequel that recently got announced, but I guess we'll wait and see.

  LOVED this game but its not for everyone. this directors cut makes it a lot more accessible and less walky.

  Really rewarding if you stick through the tough start

      I think it has new items - walking frames and vehicles to get the job done easier

  Just finished this night before yesterday.
  Definitely one of the more memorable gaming experiences I’ve had in a while.
  As others have mentioned, you will need patience to push past chapter 2, then the game opens up and everything start clicking. Personally I gave up after a few hours when the original first released, decided to give it a shot again with DC and couldn’t put it down until I finished the story. Will have a break and dive back in to complete everything later.

  Has anyone played both the ps4 version and this? Is there much of a difference? I've had it on the ps4 pro and am wondering whether to get this for the ps5 or just play the ps4 version instead.

    The PS5 version is 60fps. You can also upgrade the PS4 version to the PS5 version for about $20.
