Just received notice that they don't have stock for my Christmas order 2 weeks ago and I could wait or cancel. After reading those reviews there's no prize for guessing which option I took. Previously had a c&c order only partially filled, also due to their lack of inventory control.
I chased up an outstanding order and was also told that delivery would not make Xmas. Absolute rubbish response so cancelled the order and went to the local instead
I'm buying at DM via price match. Ll will be at the bottom of my list with boozebud, which is now back in the original ownership I believe.
