I called customer support, and they informed me they are retiring this product, so it won't be available again once it's OOS. There were no covers at my local stores, so I had to buy the frame and legs separately and couldn't buy the entire chair as the one item listing. At time of purchase, the Saxemara black-blue colour is in full stock online ($9 delivery), where as the Gunnared beige / Gunnared medium grey covers are 'limited to large orders.'

EDIT: You now can only purchase the chair by buying the parts individually. By using a combination of in store / click and collect, and purchasing online, you are able to complete the chair. No stores (or online) can let you buy the chair as the one complete item.
EDIT 2: I've changed the title back to show $ C&C/ $0 in-Store (it was incorrectly changed to 'Delivery Only'). The chair is only able to be purchased using a combination of in-store pickup and delivery, or picking up the parts at more than one store.
Whilst the listing shows the entire chair as OOS, IKEA doesn't actually sell the chair as a complete item, and using the combination of in-store/delivery for the individual items can let you compete the chair.
