Tyre Deals for Boxing Day?

Hi,

I need to get some new tyres and was wondering if I should hold out until Boxing Day. Is anyone aware if it is likely that there will be a good deal on (maybe a repetitive deal every Boxing Day?) I did see some great bargains on Black Friday, i.e. 50% off tyres.

    I did see some great bargains on Black Friday, i.e. 50% off tyres.

    Did you hold out until now hoping there'd be more than 50% off? haha

      Haha no, I didn't need tyres until now. I did a search and found the Black Friday deal, so now I'm hoping something similar comes up!

            @Pub Envelope: Should have gone counter clockwise. Car would have traveled slower going uphill with less wear on the tires.

    I would think Boxing Day deals for tyre shops are few and far between. If you need tyres this time of year it’s because you are desperate. Most people are on holidays and not thinking about new tyres. Many shops would be on skeleton staff Christmas new year period so their workers can take leave.

    Boxing Day sales in retail are all about getting rid of excess stock and giving people an excuse to make an effort to go shopping when they would likely rather be holidaying.

    Thanks team. Managed to get 4 tyres and a wheel alignment booked for next week at $629~ through Union Shopper.
