Cheapest item that I could see that counts is this $39 Canvas stubby holder, meaning you can buy two of them + $10 delivery = $88, and get the $109 for free as well. It also states that "Products purchased during the Promotion Period may be returned for a full refund", so I guess you could effectively get the wallet for just the cost of delivery, or totally free if you do it all in store.
