  Can recommend, great value when at this price (they run specials probably once a month or so both biltong/droerwors)

  Chilli Bilitong is pretty dam good too if u like a bit of hot

  Do people select the fatty/lean/normal or wet/medium/dry or thin/chunky/whole?

    Totally up to you/personal preference.

    Fatty is usually more tasty.
    If you are trying to be more health conscious then go lean/normal.

    I personally like it a bit wet but it goes moldy if you don’t eat it quick. The dry seems to last a lot longer.

    I chose the normal / medium. I usually can't stomach fat and opt for lean, but it's really good. Glad I got it.
