        You can't use the flip4 in the summer as it has overheating issues. My son got one and he can't wait for the s23 to be released so he can trade it in.

        This is one of the most real statements I've ever seen about phones here in Australia. In my own use case, I do find that Apple devices tend to survive better than Android based devices, especially Samsung's but still, yeah, our summer destroys phone batteries and life.

    Bad battery life from phones being overloaded with background apps draining battery or just natural degradation is probably one of the main drivers of new phone purchases. There's a bunch of options on Android that can significantly improve these (e.g. greenify / naptime) but you need to be rooted for most of the benefit.

  just dont buy, its rubbish battery. trust me doesnt matter what your eyes says how cute this phone is, your hand will want to smack it later when the battery flat in half day

  Just replaced my daughter's 1 yo flip3 screen due to screen crease (well known issue), they did it under warranty , they also installed brand new battery for free which btw I did not complainabout ;) (did it at harvey norman top ryde, they are official samsung service centr). Agree , battery life is a bit crap

    Did the same for my fold 3, took it to the Samsung store for crease cracking, 3 days later I got the phone back and the work notes showed an item order and task for replacing both batteries along with the screen, all under warranty.

    Looks like Samsung dropped the game with the Flip 4. Spent too much time on fancy colours. Yet I think they hit the mark with the Fold 4.
