            @AussieMark: It is not often you get 10% off certain gift cards e.g. Amazon and eBay. I just keep stacking them, my Amazon gift card balance is already in the thousands of $ due to buying discounted gift cards. Can't recall the last time I actually paid with my bank card

              @cute as duck: Except now you can’t stack with Westpac bonus promos. Because of this the smart gift cards like the Prezzee ones are gold, get as close as possible then pay <$5 using Westpac card and get the full bonus CB

                @ATangk: Yes good point and I understand that about the Prezzee cards or Superswap cards etc being able to convert their cards into smaller denominations and still be eligible for those Westpac promos.

                However I don't like having gift cards sitting around without being added to my Amazon balance in case these gift card companies go bust and you are stuck with cards you can't use.

                I don't have a Westpac account nor intend to get one to participate in those promos as I am currently looking to refinance and don't want unnecessary things on my credit report.

    Do people on here really buy based ENTIRELY on someone's OzBargain post title rather than actually looking at the terms of what they're buying? Yeah dealbot may have inadvertently wrote "including" instead of "excluding".. deal with it? The post body and the app itself (where you need to actually activate the offer) explicitly said it was excluded

          The card I used today was linked to PayPal, with $100 removed yesterday and then refunded by Woolworths/RAC today. I deleted the card from PayPal only after shopping at ShopBack.

                @gotyourback Any idea what's up with this? Never used to have any issue adding the Coles Prepaid Mastercards. @Kathiepink below can't add them either.

                  @MiscOzB: I've two of the used Coles MC and tried adding again. Still works. Perhaps there are different versions and some are blocked. I'm in Perth and the 2 cards start with 5109 8201. I threw out the other 3 cards and I assume they are the same 8 numbers.

      It did for me! Got 3% plus $3. Better deal this way for eBay rather than buying eBay card direct (3% this way versus 2.5% eBay direct).
