    Mines been running for close to 18 months now. Brilliant little robot vac. Aside from occasional maintenance, cleaning the roller and blowing out the dust box it's been great having the self emptying dock. Runs every day and cleans our large house. Only thing I had to do was buy a new battery from AliExpress, old one was dying. Has a higher capacity and was easy to swap out. I paid $499 from Panmi.

      Mine made it to the 13 month mark, it now will randomly shut off throughout cleaning. After manually docking it, battery displays ~50%+. Are those similar symptoms that lead you to replacing your battery?

        Yep exactly what mine was doing. I always ran it on the strongest suction but have reduced it to standard now, should be less taxing on the battery.

      Mine is 12 month plus now and so far so good, but I guess might need battery soon. Care to share AliExpress Battery you have bought and your thoughts on how it's going.

    Can't really recommend these. Mine got to 13 months then suffered a dead battery. Now at 17 months it throws a laser error and spins on circles and runs into walls at full speed. The gear on the main brush has also stripped. Only 12 month warranty so a $500 brick now.

    Dead battery at 12 months, panmi don’t care and wouldn’t help. Very happy to sell me a battery replacement though! but I found one on Amazon for $75 which is working fine.

    Mine randomly loses or corrupts the maps. Remapping is very annoying for me as I have a lot of edits to redo. It also has a bump sensor fault. It's about 13mths old.

    had mine for less than 9 months and there are battery/motor/mapping issues. Currently trying to send it for 'repair' back to Panmi.

    This thing is not worth the hassle!

    Mine has issues too after 11months. Dock doesn't charge/turn on. A stripped gear or loose spring inside. Waiting for warranty now.
