Same price on Amazon but on back order https://amzn.asia/d/06QNkDH

  • The picture shows B22, but the description says E27, on their website, just beware.

    • The model number in the specs corresponds with the A60, however.

      • Isn't A60 the globe size, not the connection type?

  • Is this the V 2.0 bridge?

    • +1

      The square bridge is V2.

  • I just want the bulbs no hub.

  • Better than yeelight bulbs?
    Do they have Lan control?

    • Best in its class. Just be careful that you can only use one Hub with the Hue app on the phone. A hub can connect max of 50 devices.

      • Can you have multiple hubs in 1 house?

        • Technically yes if u create two Hue accounts on two different mobile phones.
U will not be able to link 2 hubs with AppleHomeKit, Amazon and Google smart assistants.

        • I have two hubs and it works fine with HomeKit. Using the Hue app is a pain though as you need to switch hubs.

      • Personally if you're linking 50x Hue devices in your house, you can afford and should probably consider a different system.

Just checked in local bunnings - price is right, but it's B22 bulbs, not E27

  • Just went to mandurah and halls head bunnings, site says instock but none to be found.

    • The website is usually pretty accurate with stock levels, if it says it's low then give them a call before you head in

  • My local bunnings didn't have them in stock either, the staff said this kit is discontinued.

  • I had some issues with this deal …

Bunnings Underwood had "Low Stock" on their website so I gave them a call. They then said they have zero stock but they could order them for me at the same price. An enquiry was lodged and I had to call later to confirm the order details. On Monday, I called to confirm the order details but it was back to the original price and they couldn't honour the original discount any further.

I thought it was over, but the Underwood store called me back in about an hour and said "Can you make it to the Loganholme store?" I responded, "Yes!" They responded, "they have 2 boxes put aside for you to collect from the Service Desk." Yippee!

Before I drove down during my lunch break, I thought I better call them. I confirmed the price and they said $104 each, instead of the promotion of $48.99 … sigh …

I was asked about what happened and gave them the details. Further long story short, they honoured it in the end and I was a very happy customer to get these kits at such a low price.

Bunnings Loganholme had them in stock all along and I was prepared to go there but given I don't need them urgently, I was happy to wait for a closer Bunnings to order them and collect them on a later date. Lesson learnt, confirm everything upfront and don't rely on enquiries/orders etc.

On another note, I have had another 3 enquiries with various Bunnings stores over the past month and I haven't heard a single comment back. I've given up on making follow-up calls and emails.
