Another day another cashback bonus from ShopBack. Valid until 31/01/23 for Westpac customers.

Terms & Conditions

  • Receive $5 bonus Cashback from ShopBack when you spend $50 or more in one single transaction via the gift card portal in the ShopBack app using an eligible Westpac card ($50 or more must be charged to your card to qualify) between 12.00am AEDT on 1st January 2023 and 11:59pm AEDT on 31st January 2023 (unless the offer is modified, extended or terminated prior).
  • You will need to ensure you opt-in to the challenge and only purchases made after you ‘Start’ this challenge will qualify for the $5 bonus Cashback.
  • Limited redemptions are available for the offer.
  • ShopBack In-Store voucher purchases are excluded from this offer.
  • Bonus is limited to one per ShopBack account. Additional transactions do not qualify for additional bonuses.
  • The $5 bonus Cashback is in addition to the regular Cashback you’ll receive for buying a Gift Card via the ShopBack app.
  • This bonus will be added to your ShopBack account within 48 hours of making an eligible transaction.
  • Cashback will be forfeited if any fraudulent activity is detected (or there is reasonable suspicion of such activity) on, or arising out of, your ShopBack account, or if your order is cancelled.
  • ShopBack reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions and terminate the offers at any time without prior notice.

    Past similar challenges have hit <2000 rewards, I would recommend waiting and stacking them with the almost inevitable future SB GC promos. If SB end this early though that would suck.

        From memory the last 100% cashback Westpac GC promo hit 3000+ participants, you cannot start these challenges without linking a Westpac card.

    Does Westpac have any fee free accounts we can create to make use of these Shopback offers? I could only find fee free for students and concession card holders, or otherwise need to make monthly deposit of least $2000 to waive $5 monthly fee.

    I bought $50 Amazon GC and didn’t see any $5, and the progress bar on the deal still says ‘$50 to go’, but did get the 2% tracked.

        Too hard to manage as both accounts need the $2k deposit to waiver fees (plus HSBC $2k requirement for cashback). CBF moving $ around
