  • Just ordered Indochine Bargain pack -4 x 500g.
    What's delivery time to Sydney?

  • Being a prolific overseas traveler and fervent coffee drinker, I will state that The Vietnamese know how to produce coffee. Absolutely superb blends.

  • Dear Bob19 We are based in Perth WA and use Australia post - They say that delivery time is 7 to 10 working days. Sometimes it 's sooner particularly if you are close to the city or the Mailing center.

  • The Jasmine Green Tea is brilliant as well.

  • Dear Bob 19 as we had a lot of orders we have processed yours just now and it's in the post office now - you should have received notification of the details of your order so you can track it through the Australia Post tracking site - it's a bit clunky but we have picked, packed and shipped - it's up to Australia Post now.Any questions feel free to get back to us.

    • Hi Viet-coffee,
Thank you very much for organising it so fast. I received an e-mail that my order was shipped.Looking forward to trying your coffee.

  • Dear imp - we have a range of Vietnamese green teas from Cat Nghi and an instant Ginger tea. We will extend the phin offer to the tea range but we are not able to do this on the bulk packs of tea unless you order additional product. The phin can be used with the tea as well. The Cat Nghi tea range includes a Cinnamon Black, Jasmine, Japanese and Lotus.

  • Where are you based in Perth Rep? Could be preferable for me to pick up and save the $11.55 postage

  • Dear Bintang We are in Applecross, we don't have a shop, i'll call.

  • Coupon is not working for me, I even registered. I tried with $32.95 in my cart and then added something else. Or is it just me

  • Dear Spender it's not an electronic coupon - you just write the words in the order details free type box and then when we see the words in processing the order we add in the phin - sorry about that. Or use the contact form if you cant find the free type details box that works for us.

You have to register in order to get any order from our site and make your payment - that's just the way it is - so you are more than half way there.

As long as you have selected the shipping correctly and not local pick up as I doubt you are in Perth WA - just progress to the the PayPal payment gate way, make your payment and we will receive your order and payment and we will process and get in the Post Monday.

  • Dear Viet-coffee,
As a coffee lover I am interested in a new coffee experience. I enjoy my coffee rich and full-bodied (and with milk). Would you please recommend what coffee to buy along with the Phin to make my first Vietnamese coffee experience a memorable one?

  • Dear ifonlyiwasyounger - there are so many nice Vietnamese coffee's to choose from - the most popular on our site would be the Saigon Phin Daklak - this is a ground coffee that is very popular in Vietnam as well as in Australia.

If you are looking for something from the Trung Nguyen Range then the Creative 5, Gourmet Blend and our new addition to our range Chin Phuc S are also popular and in the Indochine range the Sun and Dark have been popular. All of these are ground coffee's.

If you are wanting to grind your own then the Saigon Espresso and the Indochine Sun are our most popular beans.

Vietnamese coffee is recommended to be used at more strength than you might use with Western styles. We have some recommendations as to how to best make a Vietnamese coffee on our site.

Almost all of our customers say how much they like their choice of coffee.

  • +1 Trung Nguyen Creative 5. Googling that coffee is how I discovered the website.
The coffee can be had cheaper in Cabra (Sydney) grocery stores, but I'm tossing up whether it's worth the daytrip to get it. The phin is also something I miss, I don't know of any restaurants in Sydney that offer it

We are sure that you can get coffee cheaper somewhere. Are you sure that it is not fake coffee?! Australia is unfortunately often subjected to fake Trung Nguyen Coffee that has been independently imported from Vietnam.

We purchase directly from our Trung Nguyen Agent in Saigon and sometimes direct from the factory for Trung Nguyen and direct from the factory for the other coffee's.

Is the coffee in the supermarket fresh?

Did you check out the bulk packs + BX1 and soon to come BX4 pricing?

Does your store deliver to your door and offer rewards points for your purchasing?

Does your store have all 3 brands of coffee and all the range we carry and Cat Nghi Tea?

Very happy to compare pricing - look at our site and please provide feed back so that we can improve and please let us know of cheaper internet supplier.
