I'm assuming this may be a glitch but 12 boxes of Cadbury chocolate gift boxes for $12 and you can't go wrong… This is for online orders not in store… In-store price is 2 for $12. Only need to make sure you spend at least the minimum $50 and you'll be all set.
Gotta say, there's certainly nothing fancy about giving someone a box of chocolates these days. May as well just hand someone a block, it's probably better presented.
Just picked up my order now, my 24 boxes were substituted for 373g boxes of favourites. Click and collect staff were lovely, charged $1 each for them. Very happy!

Just picked mine up although … i got an earlier today stating they only had 11 in stock. so 11 boxes for $12. not bad. thank you OZB!!!
No go for me. Ordered 12 but when I went to pickup they were not in my order and they said it was a pricing error. Does not show as credited back yet however so hopefully I don't get charged for these when not received.
Refund may take a few hours to show up but I found my refund in the actual order online.
At the bottom, under Invoices, it shows Order and Refund.
Didn't get an email for the refund.
I returned the other items that made up the order.
Ordered in a hurry and didn't need.
Last time I ordered from Coles online, I wasn’t issued a refund for the missing items because the amount that got charged from my account eventually, was the right one..
So they edited the pending charge to the right amount, which soon then went from pending to ‘confirmed’ on my bank statement.
I believe that’s what happens with all imperfect order fulfilments.
Well this was another nail in the coffin for Coles' customer experience which has been completely left behind by Woolies in the last few years.

Well, the chocolate was the only part of the order that worked out.
Beer and wine didnt discount to the full 10% discount…(apparently 10% of $30 is 6 cents).
Then when i collected my order (received notification of my order was ready for collection), the booze was nowhere to be seen. Yet charged me in full for it. They sent me to Liqourland to collect. They said, we dont have your items in stock here anyway
The offer of spend $50 on Flypay for 4000 points was not achievable as…wait for it…the new site doesnt support Flypay!
So need to speak to Coles/ Flybuys/ Flypay to sort out. Will work on around $40/hr for compensated time + 4000 points (or $20) + my booze refunded…

Yeah, apparently the old site still works. But I had no clue there was an old and new site (clearly neither do they). Too late now, i placed a $50 order via coles online ..so met the T&Cs that were achievable.

Mondelez will be happy with all their chocolate sales numbers for this month, especially with all the substitution going on.
Would've actually been nice if Coles actually emailed me to let me know the chocolates had been cancelled instead of finding out when I went to pick up my order. Pretty miffed I ended up having to buying other stuff to make the min order for C&C when I didn't have to in the end.

Very impressed with Coles. Message that the item was out of stock, substituted wiith Roses. 12 Boxes of Roses collected. Will have to eat them or give them as gifts - have a Coeliac son and a GF wife and a son with Peanut allergy. Oh well, outstanding value none the less. Thanks

Not impressed at all with our Coles in 5433 SA. Nothing received today. No message, no apology. After I asked they showed me a message from coles to them in store not to substitute or give out the product from today on. I should have picked up my order days ago. Unfortunately I live 45km away from Coles and don’t have anything to do nearby a Coles. I picked up 2x 30 Ferraro Rocher for $25. At least something I really want.
Coles is full of BS.. when I went to pick up my order of 24 boxes, a staff gave only 2 boxes and tried to run away.. you need to wear sneakers to chase a staff when using click n collect service

Hopefully this will help prompt them to get some quality control in their online pricing. I just find it sloppy a company this size doesn't have an effective QC process. I've sent them emails with notes on pricing errors b4 before (in their favor) and stuff stays uncorrected all week.
