Is Mobileciti Still in Business?

I've been trying to contact them for the last 2 days re an order. The phones aren't being answered nor emails replied to. Just tried to call them again and the phone is answered by an 'automated attendant'.

Has anyone had any contact with them recently?

    • I don't think so, I got an email reply last week from them and the holidays are over now, nothing about holidays on their website either..which is still up so that's a good sign. :)

        Probably overrun with skeleton staff and online order backlogs.

    • Thanks, didn't notice that, will try them in a few minutes. I definitely rang in business hour yesterday though. Maybe they were too busy to answer?

      Gawd I hope not, I'm still recovering from al the driving we did over Christmas. :)

      (OK Ahuang was able to sort it out for me, apparently they're super flat out atm. I'll leave the thread open in case anyone else has the same query)
