I've been trying to contact them for the last 2 days re an order. The phones aren't being answered nor emails replied to. Just tried to call them again and the phone is answered by an 'automated attendant'.
Has anyone had any contact with them recently?
I don't think so, I got an email reply last week from them and the holidays are over now, nothing about holidays on their website either..which is still up so that's a good sign. :)
Probably overrun with skeleton staff and online order backlogs.
