They seem to have physical stores around so not entirely sure their issues, might be worth a try?
I went into a store the other day to look at 100% leather ottoman. The display model already showed signs of the top layer peeling off, almost like it was PU leather. It was semi aniline and my guess was the painted top peels off very easily. I stayed away.
They used to be ok when they sold used hotel furniture from higher end hotels like sofitel, we bought a heap of stuff 8 years ago which is still great, but since they've rebranded and sell new stuff the quality hasn't tempted me
I seems to recall that version of the business went under and this is a "new" business using the old name. But you know prob same ppl.
Bought a few items from these guys, never had an issue and they are very competively priced.
I feel like theyve always been flexible on price so 20% off is probably no bigge.

From my own experience, Johnny’s furniture is a bit dodgy. But that could just be me.
