This is a great deal. The only thing I will add is that there is also the “RV5 Plus” model. No idea what the latest pricing on it is, but it comes with a few nice additions, my personal favourite being an opening roof that let’s you enjoy the stars 😊. Super happy with ours, was christened a few years ago during a torrential Xmas and NYE. We were a group of 6 families camping together, of which only two had a good time. Us, and friends sleeping in their VW Transporter camper 😂. We literally didn’t even bother putting the rain sheet on (the huge benefit of a proper canvas tent). Our other friends were literally floating on their inflatable mattresses inside their sodden tents.
Have used it a few times since. Most recently I did notice that one of the corners has worn a hole, which was pretty disappointing given it’s only been used 5-ish times ever. I’ve no idea how it happened though and in theory should be easy enough to patch.

Seriously thinking about getting the RX-5, but worried it's a little small for 4 people and gear. Would get the RV 5 but the additional room if you get the side panels doesn't have a floor

I am the owner of rv-5. I would say this tent is perfect for my family of 2 adults and 2 kids and comes with all the accessories, including an additional room with a floor.
Considering it can have two rooms, it should be no problem for four or more adults.
RV-5 is the one in the OP and it definitely only has one room and doesn't come with any accessories. Just look at the picture.

@ouryou: No problems. Do you like it? It's quite an investment so I'm trying to workout whether it's worth the money. Comes with the mattress, which I need right now.
@gravelc: I like this tent very much. This tent is solid and well worth the investment. But it's still huge when folded up, and you'll probably need a roof rack to carry it.
I also bought Oztent Screen House Hex. This is also great. I use both of them every time I go camping.
