Does it backward compatible with SATA II interface?
Yes the interface is backward compatible. For the most part, you probably won't notice a difference either.
I'm running the 120GB version in my old P5K-E and it eats the old Raptor (15,000) drive for breakfast. Be warned, i had a lot of trouble with mind until I did a clean install of Windows, the software which comes with it did a good job of transfering the OS over but it just didn't work reliably (probably a driver issue) until I did a clean reformat and re-install.
I with I'd switched to SSD sooner, but I think with current pricing, this is a good time to do so.

This was definitely expected and the 120gb will lower to $139 if you were interested in lower capacity ssd card of the 520 intel ssd kind!
I would not pay for a 320 which is noticeable slower then the 520 kind but if you don't have the patience I would get this one.
This is a 330.. not a 320.. and its only just a little slower then the 520

It actually a little bit expensive if don't come with delivery.
I can sell that price too and make money from it.so your saying its not a good deal because its had a price drop?. its still the cheapest by a large amount… even if by a week from now they are all this price.

picked up a 120gb 330 today for $120, not a bargain tho. 180gb selling $175. They should sell lower than that.

Excellent price for what is generally seen as a very good SSD. It's almost in the same league as the 520 and absolutely blitzes the 320. And Intel have proven they stand behind their product re:reliability.
