The good thing about 5000mAh batteries is that they are very small and light, so might be more reasonable for daily carry. The bad thing is that they only have around one charge for a phone.
For example, I have a 20,000 mAh battery but it's really not good for daily carry, since it weighs 300 grams and it's as quite sizeable.
