561

Go this email about TV shop Warehouse sale in Altona VIC 3018. These prices are not available online or over the phone, in-store only

They had quite a few great and cheap stuff.

I bought the TEBO Elite massage chair as it seems like a great deal, especially when compared to others like masseuse massage chairs and etc.
If you go to the store you can have it delivered and installed for an extra $960

There are also pillows, flood lights, grill BBQ, Air fryer, cookware sets, etc

unsure what other details I should put here

I cannot find any useful comparison reviews on the chair so if anyone has any info please chair.

    • Biggest difference is that the Livemor Ellmue doesn't have an SL track. Also doesn't have bluetooth speakers and body scanning (that on these cheaper chairs doesn't seem to work anyway).

If you're set on the Livemor, it's $999 delivered from mydeal if you're ok with black: https://www.mydeal.com.au/electric-massage-chair-zero-gravit…

  • Thanks OP. Sounds like a place i should go and visit to fill up a trolley with cheap stuffs. Like we always say 'Buy them and think later'.
I wouldn't usually buy anything from 'TV Shop' but since the price isn't bad.. why not… (PS: I don't have high expectation on the quality)

    • Let me know your findings.

For massage chair I would go with a more reputable brand, the old OSIM chair that bought by my parents last over 10 years and it’s still working fine

    • Yeah, if you can get it covered through NDIS then a no brainier to get more expensive one but OSIM dont go 90% off..saw them go fro 50% off though

Can see such garbage will have a two week life span before the electronics start giving out. Customers try ringing or going back to the last location they were at and 'lo and behold' it's a 'puff the magic disappearing act'!

Paying $1699 to 'some generic warehouse' that will just disappear (not an established business) once they have offloaded a shipping container of their 'off-brand', low quality junk, leaving customers with zero recourse once the units start failing and malfunctioning.

    Not sure how it was hard to find reviews on this super dodgy product using deceptive terms and expressions in it's marketing;

Far better off spending money on a known brand like Lazy Boy and actually getting something with a warranty and some piece of mind.

It does have warranty lol, and tv shop has been here for many years with no signs of going away.

My older brother never had problems with replacing items under warranty with tv shop.

Also some reviews said they used it for many years ansd still new condition.

Clearly you have some relationship with this company looking at the many desperate posts, devoid of any credibility, that your making!

        • I don't get what you mean.

My relationship is to find more info about the item.

you just comment some nonsense stuff because you are jealous you don't live locally.

You must not know what desperate is, nor what education is

          • @michael9865: So I am jealous and uneducated?

            • @Bold Eagle: What else is there?

              You commented without thinking.

You posted a link which i already saw and it hardly compares the quality of it to other massage chairs.

The company is actually known but not really in Australia.

Making assumptions with anything to back it up with

              • @michael9865: Enough, let's end the conversation here michael and bold eagle.

Accusations are not helpful nor permitted. If you suspect something report it to the moderators.

  • It's tempting for that price.

    I mean a massage is $60-$80.

Shipping to SA would probably be mental.

    • +1

True, i think it's only a local deal. They wont ship interstate and you have to go in store to get that price

  • How much is delivery to NSW?

    • local deal only, not available online nor over the phone, local delivery only

I brought the TEBO Elite massage chair

where did you bring it to?

  • If you go to the store you can have it delivered and installed for an extra $960

    WTF?

  • I bought a $5500 massage chair a few years ago. Definately noticed a difference between the cheaper ones.

Your wallet wasnt weighing you down anymore?

      • i remember the old chiropractic studies on the negative impacts of cash in the wallet in back pocket and its severe impacts on spinal posture causing injury when sitting.

relieving yourself of 55 avocado from there; your back will certainly make anyone feel much better i guess

      • Who uses a wallet these days.

        • only millions probably… why wouldnt you?

  • @michael9865 Thanks for posting the deal, I am looking for a massage chair.

Despite all the discouraging comments I want to to get more info from you so I can see if it is worth making a trip to the store!

You said you got it via Ute.

    1. Have you tried the massage chair?
    2. Any visible damages (like minor damaged stock gets sold off via auctions to the warehouse sellers)?
    3. How did you ensure that it is a brand new product (not refurbished product repackaged as new, am sure lot of us are aware of this trick from sellers)?
    4. How is warranty covered? To back up your statements, can you please share any warranty links from TV Shop that states purchases from the warehouses is covered?
  • With massage chairs like these, are they essentially a single machine that has the same type of rollers/squeezers that your typicaly massagers have? for example a shiatsu neck massager, shiatsu foot massager, all combined into one? I've never sat in one

  • $960 delivery / installation is a bit much isn't it?

    • its the installation that starts kneading that dough

  • Man, I'm not in need for a massage chair but the comments are even better than the new avatar movie

    • Agree. Came here for the comments 😀

  • Hi, can anyone give dimensions of the boxes, I need to hire a trailer to get the chair home. Thanks in advance

  • Hi OP, another about the massage chair pickup: did they load it into your trailer for you? Use a forklift?

    • +1

yeah they loaded it for me

  • I bought one, my left hand air bags not working, shoulder are working, let me try calling TV shop tomorrow.

  • Seems they have increased the price to $2.5k now, think they thought it was too low, lol
