    Can highly recommend.

    • Same love mine. I wish you didn't need the bags for the station is all but it's a small niggle.

      • Yeah! I am trying to see if I can reuse them, open it from the bottom and reseal it

        • Would be great if someone could 3D print an adapter to generic bags or a reusable one. This is far beyond my talents though!

        • I just use a pliers and dig it out from the top. Takes about 10 mins I guess but I rather do that twice a year than constantly empty the canister in the bin

      • Don't have an issue with this, been using mine for a few months and yet to replace it. I think the system is brilliant.

        • +1

It lasts a pretty long time. We have 2 cats so just churning out a bit faster.

  • Any sneaky workarounds if I’m not with Westpac nor eligible for the EDU store?

    • +1

email [email protected] say you're a loyal customer lost some Samsung products you have (or "have") and say you want to buy a vacuum. can I have a loyalty discount? they respond within few hours.

alternatively someone mentioned you can get via phone call, I don't remember details.

      • Tried this…they only gave me %15 off..

    • Ok so it works through all the “partner” sites. Saw there was a government version too. Note that none of the cashback sites are eligible through these however.
      Purchased - Thanks OP!

      Dad joke alert ⚠️

  • Do you have to have Westpac credit card to get access to the rewards portal? Or any Westpac bank account can access?

    • +3

I guess you dont have a westpac CC and have a banking account. Why not try and let us know?

      • -2

        I don’t have either

Great vacuum. Picked one up a few months ago. Very powerful.

  • Can anyone that owns one comment on the on going cost? Eg the consumables, cleaning station dust bag and mop pads.

Can the dust bin be emptied without using the clean station? How often you’ll need to change the cleaning station dust bag? Reason for asking is it looks like it’ll cost around $5 per dust bag. Some internet posts also mentioned there was a widespread stock issue on the dust bags last year rendering the cleaning station useless.

    • +1

So been using it for around 4 months now and emptying into the dust bag twice a week. So far haven’t had to change the bag so still don’t know how often the bag will need to be changed.

Yes you can empty the bin without using the clean station

Yes I also ordered extra 5 pack bags on hearing on the stock shortages. TGG estimated stock sometime in February

Still I highly recommend this over Dyson

      • I have this and agree.

      • Thanks, does the brush head come with anti tangle feature like the Dyson motorbar?

        • +1

Yes the brush head has a similar anti tangle feature as the 2022 Dyson motorbar

    • +1

Have had mine for about 3 months, have not had to empty the bag and by the looks of the bag I won't have to for a while still. Guess it really depends how much you are vacuuming, I suspect if you have pets inside it would fill up much quicker.

    • +1

I bought this last Match/April and only last month emptied it the bag for the 2nd time. I just used a pliers and pulled the stuff out (I don't vacuum bugs) I'm still on my first bag

    • +1

Had 4 months and the light just came on to replace the bag. We have a cat and dogs inside too so I feel you'd get a lot longer with no pets.

Can confirm if you work for coles you can get it through the mycoles Samsung Employee Portal same price 👍🏽

    Wow that's an expensive vape…

What a weird name for a vacuum cleaner.

    • +1

you can charge more if you call something 'bespoke'

  • wow.. good price for bespoke jet.. wanted to buy this, but it was too costly a month back n had to settle with Jet 90

  • I’ve a westpac CC but nothing in rewards?

  • I have a Westpac home loan, offset and business account. I never have any offer or rewards. How do I access deals like these?

    • Head to

      Profile > Rewards and Offers

If you have I think it’ll be there

      • Yea, I check there once every few weeks for the last three years with nothing showing ever.

  • +2

What advantages does this bespoke jet have over, say, an actual jet? Which I could also afford

    • Not as noisy

  • +1

Can anyone who have this comment on the mopping feature please?

    • Following

    • I didn't really rate it, I bought this version for the mop and you still need to do the whole vacuum first then mop. I bought a Tineco s3 for my floors instead.

      • -1

What's your thoughts on the Tineco S3? Do you rate it or would you recommend something else for tiled floors?

        • Everytime I use it I'm like 'THIS HAS CHANGED MY LIFE" lol. I hate mopping and would mop once a month and just vacuum in between before. Now I mop at least 1-2 a week with Tineco and I cringe at how dirty my floors must have been before.

Tbf I have heard good reviews for other brands as well like Dreame and Karcher but I've only tried this one. In the Mums who Clean fb group, Tineco usually rates higher than other brands.

People rave about the s5 but due to my house layout I wouldn't have utilised the edge cleaning that much to justify the price difference with the s3. I just use my slippers to flick stuff away from the corners and I'm happy enough with that

          • @MeesusEff: Thanks for your feedback! Am now considering buying one. What's the S3 cost when on sale and are sales frequent? Is there just one model?

            • +1

@NoApostrophePlurals: S3 goes on sale at least $599 ($799 normally) there has been a few sales when it went lower, although the Festivities season just passed, I did post a deal where it went down to $540ish a few months ago.

S5, retails $999 don't really see it go on sale much but I have seen it at $50/$100 off. Benefits of slightly bigger clean and dirty tanks and one side is for "edge cleaning". It still leaves a gap of 1cm ish compared to S3's 1.5inch. Personally don't feel that it's worth the $400 premium.

Amazon also sells an S5 Steam - people have mistaken it for the other S5 (s3 and s5 are Godfrey exclusives, they sell via kogan, ebay, Mydeal as well) the steam version downer is that it's corded. For ease of use, I would find that too troublesome. It does go on sale on Amazon when there's a big event, about $400 or $3xx.

  • "Bespoke" but the only colour that can be selected is Blue… but I wanted green :/

  • Any idea whats the best place/price to get the LG competitor: A9T-AUTO ?

  • +1

    this or the v15 ?
bit concerned about the legendary Samsung warranty

    • The clean station made this the one to get for me. I used to haaaate emptying out the canisters in the outside bin but now it's just wooosh - gone.

    • For the same price I'd get the V15 for the after sales support alone. But for hundreds less I think the Samsung is a better buy as it's a really good vacuum. Depends on what you value more though, tests have shown the V15 as a little more suction but I'm not sure this equates to much in the real world, people do rave about the laser feature on hard floors. But I think most people hate emptying the canister of any vacuum and esp if you have hair that clogs it up and you have to pull it out by hand, the ability to empty it with the click of a button is really great.

  • Same price on govt epp store and edu store as well.

  • has anyone returned something like this on change of mind ? any fees involved ?
