    FYI: My cashback from the November deal is still not approved. So, whoever is thinking about how long it'll take to get the cashback, I'd say it's either 3 months or you'll never get it

      12 November for me still sitting on Pending.
      Previous postings had negs from people who got rejected after 3 months with no valid reason. Hoping it goes through but we shall see

      Deposit took around 2.5 hours to reflect in account (PayID).

      Tracking hasn't yet come through from ShopBack.

      Mine was rejected. I've just emailed Shopback. Tiger Brokers is dodgy as. No wonder they've been banned from posting in Ozbargain (sock puppeting). I just hope I can withdraw my money and not pay fees and such.

    Just clicked through and deposited A$55. First time using SB so fingers crossed everything goes through (my SB account says "no activity" so I'm assuming that will change in 48 hours or so). My understanding is that A$1000 must be deposited within 7 days, so I should be able to deposit only $945 to be eligible for BHP share. Not sure if this all stacks with the USD$50 of 5 x 10 fractional shares awarded to new customers for any $ deposit. Also can't see anything regarding how long to keep the money in the acc, so will be withdrawing after 1-2 days of the deposit landing (can't see any withdrawal fees).

    Note: Can only withdraw proceeds of sales for the fractional share rewards after making 10 trades, but couldn't see the same T&Cs for the BHP share.

        It's just the increased ShopBack Cashback that isn't available any more, hence I marked it as expired. You can still sign up with all the original benefits but just $45 cashback instead of $70.

          yeah that deal has been on for ages i’m just saying it’s laughable they increased the offer for less than 48 hours, seems like a dodgy way to get customers. i have gone back past threads and it seems like no one has actually been able to get the cash back all still pending or rejected ….

    Does anyone have any record/receipt of the BHP share as pending? I deposited the $1000 and note that it takes 20 days to be credited but I don't see any recognition of it anywhere.

    I've completed 10 x US$1 trades and still can't withdraw any of the promotional balance. I can't find any other conditions in the T&Cs.
