  Honestly, I would steer clear of this company altogether. I ordered some Explorer socks size 6-10 and I was sent size 11-14 instead. I emailed them to notify about the wrong item being sent with photos attached and asked for a return address to send them back. The response I got was:

  "Hi Shaun
  Thanks for your email
  We are sorry to see this, do you have any use for these.
  We can offer you a partial refund of 15% for the items that were incorrect.
  Please let me know if you are happy with this.
  Thanks
  Jade"

  I said:
  "They are the wrong size to what I ordered. I need to return them and get the correct size."

  The response I got today was:
  "Hi Shaun,
  Thanks for your message.
  If you post those ones back we can send out the right ones.
  Thanks,
  Alex"

  I responded:
  "Ok great.

  Can you please provide me with a return address then? Also can you please confirm that I will be reimbursed for the return shipping?"

  Then check the response I get back:

  "Hi Shaun,
  If you pay to return them we will send them again at no extra cost.
  Thanks,
  Alex"

  How do they think I am responsible for paying the return shipping when they sent the wrong item to me. And then they are so generous to ship the correct ones to me at no extra cost, so generous considering shipping was "free" (included in the cost)

  What does everyone think about this? Should I have to pay return postage when they sent me the wrong item to what I ordered? I think not.

    This is the first email I sent about receiving the wrong size for anyone interested.

    "Hi,

    I received my order today, thank you. One problem but, the wrong size was sent for the "10 x Explorer Tough Work Socks Wool Cotton Blend Durable Outdoor Crew".
    I ordered size 6-10, but I received size 11-14 instead for all 10 pairs. The other socks I ordered ("6 Pairs X Mens Explorer All Season Cotton Blend Crew Socks Black/Charcoal/Olive") were the correct size.
    Please see the attached photos.

    Can you please advise of return instructions and are you able to send me the size 6-10?

    Hi Shaun

    We are sorry for the miscommunication with your order. It looks like our warehouse made an error and that our second customer service member misread this issue as an exchange, hence asking you to pay for the return postage cost.

    If an error is made we cover the postage cost, so we apologise that you were told otherwise.
