First time poster so go easy on me.

Now now. Don't go sharpening the pitchforks and readying the torches just yet fellas.

I'm getting really angry but I will refrain from posting the appropriate link.

There were about 8 boxes left

I'm about to be tipped over the edge here.

Calm your tits down and give us insane bargains instead. You know the ones where the decimal place gets uhm misplaced.

        • and the sale and delivery actually happens.

@wetwork: Now now. Muzeeb not the Messiah. He's a very naughty boy.

Good find. Hopefully other stores follow. I checked all my nearby stores online, it shows $55.

    • +5

Im tempted just for the accessories for $15.

You negged someone because it was their first post? You haven't posted in almost 4 years and even then it was just shit associated posts. We don't want leechers like you on here

    • +11

People like you is the reason why others are discouraged to post any deal. Instead of negging the deal why you don't post one better one instead. Ozbargain doesn't need any negativity.

      • +2

This is why the instructions tell you specifically not to announce you are new.

        • +1

I personally like seeing that it is their first post and it can help posters get some good positive feedback on their formatting or posting guidelines. You're one of the few who see this in a negative light

          • -3

@nicholasv: No quite the contrary, I upvote new posters with good deals that i see and believe in. I however don't endorse this on going "I'm a new poster don't say anything bad even if the deal is bad" BS.

Each to their own…. i'll keep doing my thing and people can do theirs,,, it's why we have choice,

            • +1

@Khunaus: Come back to me when you post a "good deal" with more than 1 upvote. If you're not here to share bargains then at least leave your negativity behind

    • Shush boy

The bit holder with carabiner is such an novelty item, never thought thing existed nor a need for it, interesting nonetheless.

    • It's a 6 piece tradie meth holder.

    • I actually have one, but I only paid a couple of dollars. There's no way it's worth $25. TBH I don't think I've ever used it, I can see circumstances that I might, but I haven't had one yet.

Good price. Looks like an older model RTR-2000 - but still looks like a bargain to me,

Can't find it online at Bunnings

I have a tool like this and I can't tell you how much easier it is to use buying a cordless one!
    So much more maneuverability.

But for $15 this set is a bargain just for all the accessories it includes. You basically get a free tool. Great post!

    • Exactly. I would buy it just for the accessories alone.

    • It all depends on the job. I have both a corded and a WORX 8V cordless, the cordless is super convenient for most jobs, but lacks the torque for some materials.

I’m here now. There’s two boxes left. On the clearance rack just outside tools dept.

    • Cheers!

  • Nice find!
Bummer for lazy Queenslanders, that store only delivers if you pay full price.

Haha was there this morning and grabbed one,

  • What do you use this for?

Can you cut a square through the interior wall (plaster) with this?

    • +1

What i have used mine was cutting rectangular tubing to run my ethernet and speaker wires along the wall.

Can you cut a square through the interior wall (plaster) with this?

With the right accessory i cannot see why not.

    • +2

Stanley knife/ multi tool/ plaster knife

    • This is what's commonly called a "Dremel" which is the big brand name. There are lots of uses for it. Personally I've used it for cutting bolts and screws, cleaning paint and rust from small items, and for making lock pins (I get that's a niche use).

Nice work Tera was look for something like this

  • Anyone have a link I can't find it online

    • It's not online, I'm pretty sure.

  • +1

I have one of these, bought at whatever the RRP was because I needed one right that minute.

Solid unit, it comes with a metal stand to hold the main unit up while you use the flex shaft.

Discs aren't great aren't terrible, they'll do what you need and you can buy a pack of the dremel discs for anything heavier.

Only thing is that the actual tool itself is quite a unit, you're not doingvanything delicate with it, the flexi shaft will help you with the finer grade stuff.

For $15 its a no brainer.

  • Has anyone in Vic been able to get this?

  • Any on Perth?

  • Shucks, I missed out!!!!

    Model RTR-2000.
Ozito site says "This is a promotional item and will be available while stocks last in stores".
When you go to 'buy now' link it takes you to bunnings with an error page.
