  • Please note, i bought this through a similar site and went through the rockstar launcher. The game crashes on start, went through support for about an hour before i cbf and called it. May have compatibility issues, good price tho

    great game.

I had this on game pass (xbox version), but felt sleep on 1st scene. But that's on me, same happened for Witcher 3 :(
These games are too complex for me, too many things to remember, key combinations etc.
Back to the Super Mario Bros :/

Lmao i'm in the same boat…. when things get too technical, i lose a bit of interest because i have a bad memory (no matter how many games i play to stimulate the noggin) so it may be back to playing marbles or flicks soon…. since i'm over the hill

All Farcry games are also too complex, I have most of them half played. Crysis was good though, I remembered to click middle mouse button to change suits.
Played most COD games upto Black Ops or so (before going to space game). BF2BC2 was good, not the recent ones.

I still play SNES (SFC actually), just insert cartridge and figure out key combinations on the go, lol. (SF2 is not that straight forward).

edit: AOE is brilliant though, even the AOE4

        • I am with you on this.

Not a big fan of open-world games.

I am born in the 80's and just don't have that much time. I prefer games that are more linear

I played it on PC, tbh the first few scenes are kinda long and a bit boring in RDR2. And you can't skip any of it when re-playing.
        It gets good after that.

the weakest part of the game is definitely the start. as it goes on however it is paced near perfect with likely the most beautiful open world game ever made. its likely the best open world game ever made

        • hmmm, may be I should give a try on PC then :D
bought it with 2 mystery games, Out of Space & Police Stories, never heard of them though :D

          • +1

@bazingaa: Just need to power through the first few hours, like other people have said the start is super slow. But after that the game is brilliant and a must play.

            • @iveljetorox: yeah, should give a try, installing 120 GB now, takes 3 hours

  • Whenever i see Red dead redemption 2 post on Ozbagrin, i would always hope that this is one of those Epic free game post.

    • Maybe this holiday season.

RDR2 is not cross save. I haven't quite finished it on PS, I just built a new PC recently and if it was cross save I would buy it, the game is too long for me to start again so it's a no buy from me. When are devs going to learn that cross save will increase sales. A lot of people have more than one platform and would like to have their progression on another platform. It's not difficult to implement, CDPR have this on CP2077 and Witcher 3!

I'm a bit confused, are any of these deals Steam keys?

    • +1

      Rockstar launcher,
if you want steam it's 3$ more

      • Do they all use the Rockstar Launcher even if you buy the Epic store version?

        • Someone need to verify for epic store but the steam one run rockstar launch on top

  • +3

Stick to the Steam version if you care about Steam Deck (or Linux) support. It's possible to get it working, but it's certainly not worth saving only $3.

    Damn it Arthur Morgan

    Ps great game

  • It took me a while to get the feel of the game and once I did, what a great game this is. Ditto for Witcher 3 which is currently my go to game.

  • +1

With the steam deck $3 extra well worth the spend

  • Outta my way!

  • can anyone recommend me some good mods ? can we get ray tracing ?
PC version looks beautiful than xbox version
