You might want to reconsider before you use menulog. Free delivery means no delivery. I place an order earlier and my I live in an apartment and my intercom never went off. My phone never rang and 25 minutes after I looked at my phone and it said food was delivered. I went downstairs and found it on the floor of the lobby of the building
I chatted with a useless online chat and have been told that it will be refunded. Doesn't help me when I'm hungry so I'll be telling my bank not to pay them and calling menulog management on Monday morning
Menulog def has the worst customer service and deliverer accountability. It’s a bit of luck who you get, I had an order say delivered yet was nowhere to be seen and support said they can’t do anything and was just scammed out of my money. Other times it’s fine ¯_(ツ)_/¯
I've had that happen MULTIPLE times. Once when I had covid and couldn't go looking for it.
I told him the delivery person needs to be fired right away
