I still have the Gen1 Xioami vac at home chugging along. 53k square meters cleaned…. :)
I think he scammed me out of one reaplcement parts kit but otherwise delivered. Fortunately I never had to test his warranty policies. :)

I will picture him sailing in a small paddle boat from China, bringing my vaccuum cleaner to Australia; SLOWLY.

Very famous at the time and went on for months.
Eventually those of us that were patient received our vacuums.
I have still got mine and it has been covering 100m2 for 5 days every week ever since.
I have bought a replacement lithium-ion battery from Aliexpress and service parts (filters, brushes), but it is chugging away still and doing a pretty good job…
….which is not something we can say about Roboguy.
Hi mate, interested to know which battery u bought for the xiaomi? the battery on my unit went kaput and i dont know what to do with it.
Good idea to be cautious as some of these replacements are not so good
I ended up buying a 9800mAh from Shop 1100139117 store (look it up). Works well for me for just over a year now

Yes yes! Mine has done 56000 m2 of cleaning so far. I think the Roboguy couldn't outlast the Robovaccuum he scammed us with….
My battery is getting a bit weak but it does return for a charge and goes again.

Yeah it does need a little clutter free especially cables. Your battery could be caput unfortunately. Try and charge it occasionally if poassible.
