MYSHOPBACK code is working again but provides 40% off this time rather than 45%.

Some people have called out that they have received stock which has a short best before date here. I personally haven't experienced it.
YMMV

  • Still $100+ dollars for 60 servings, so about $45+ per kg with the discount and it being WPI.

Would not recommend, bought a 5kg pack prior to Christmas 2022, due date was April 2023 lol.

Yeah some other people have commented the same in a separate post.

I ordered in early Jan this year and it had a best before date of Feb 24 so it might depend on the product.

Probably worthwhile checking the best before date before opening the bag so it can be returned if they send a short dated item. In all honesty they shouldn't be doing this practice, but thought I'd post the deal anyway in case it helped someone who was going to place an order.

  • I bought the 2.5 kg chocolate in Nov 22. Expiry is Aug 23.

    • That’s a lot of chocolate

  • Shows 45% off in the Shopback app.

Yeah I saw that, but when you apply it at checkout it only gives you 40%.

Ordered a lot of random stuff last time every single item was expiring under 4-5 months.

I’ve done a lot of online shopping in my day and with that comes a lot of returns. I bought some gym gear from them that didn’t fit well so I requested to return it (they say free returns, all good).
    Not all good.
This company is THE WORST I have ever experienced or heard of to return stuff to. It honestly took me like 6 months of back and forth emailing to get my stuff returned because they use the Hubbed parcel system which is absolutely useless and each time I got a different customer service rep replying to my email who didn’t understand what was going on.

I’ve used their protein before and yeah it works but it’s not really that tasty. Try something like Rule 1 (Salted Caramel is the best) and you’ll see what I mean about the taste. So for protein they’re okay but I will never shop with them again after that headache.

    Same as above, never again!

Products that were 4 months away from expiry and then took another 4 months to get a result (partial refund in the end).

Painful customer service - generic responses saying they were "investigating" over and over (different rep each time, had to repeat). The Bulk Nutrients or Aminoz products also taste much better.

  • Used to be a repeated customer for them, until I realized their pricing increased 100% in the last 12-24 months…

Use to only use my protein back 5 years ago when they started. Amazing customer service, best price and always helpful with any issue.. now complete crap and shocking to deal with, I’ve also had short dated items received and always a pain in the ass to solve. Also I swear the taste of their protein has got worst over time!

  • Arrived today. 2.5kg. Best before March 23. Will contact Customer Services and see if i can return and replace

  • i got 1kg pack today and it is best before Sep 23. Happy with purchase

  • Received 2.5kg expiring in June. Stuck in an infinite loop with customer support.
