  Sorry to burst your bubble but battery replacement is only for replaceable battery hence excludes the previous OZbargain deal (which I bought)
  30 days history and alerts may be worth it tho. +1

      I wish I had set up my tiles with my Google account already set up in turkey. Don't really want to use my main account. How easy it is to transfer tiles?
      Also if I get premium, does my partner with whom I shared the tiles can see the 30 days history & alerts?
      Planning to trial on the cat 😺

        Not sure. My main google account is based in Turkey so when I clicked on Premium, it showed me a lower price for Subscription.

        I am not sure if Premium is still useful for me without battery replacement

          @takeshi: Created new account based in turkey.
          Transferred tile from my account to turkey account (quite seamless)
          Premium price showing in AUD. No luck.
          Maybe doesn't help that the tile is spotted in Melbourne ^^

  Not a comment on the savings as that looks pretty good. However, comparisons between Tile, Airtag and Samsung Smart Tag aren't very favourable for the Tile. If it's your only option then it's your only option….Plus i'm sure cities and countries vary but Tile seems to lag behind quite a bit.

    This video was shared in previous OZbargain post. Although great comparison, tile is the only option if you don't have a Samsung. Or if your home ecosystem is both android/apple. Melbourne CBD shows 5k tiles, hence the mesh may not be that bad

      Yeah, and comments like this do nothing to improve for the Tile network, as people that might otherwise get them and make the mesh better, are put off and just use nothing instead.

      As someone who doesn't want to shell over thousands for a Samsung or Apple phone, I've found the Tile's very useful. Just the other day it helped me find the spare keys of the car that had somehow fallen under the car seat and had apparently been there for a at least a week.
      Location tracking in the wild might not be as good as Apple/Samsung, but it's pretty good (still worked fine when our luggage went to the wrong airport), particularly for the saving of not having to have a much more expensive phone.

      It also integrates nicely with Home Assistant device tracking if you're into that.

        I bought a tractive device which is 4g/gps capable, because we lost the cat for a week and it's $13/month 12 months upfront.
        Haven't set up the sub yet and bought tiles since ($10 a pop)
        Will trial with a day of history see how efficient it is and then may bite the bullet for the tile sub, $3/month is cheap even full price
