Australian Open Men’s Final Schedule

There isn’t anywhere that shoes which players will be playing at which time for the Semi Finals.

Is there a way to find out which pairs will be playing at the Afternoon and Night slot.

Is Novak or Tsiltipas playing in the night game?

Schedules are released at approximately 6pm AEDT on the day prior to play.

    • Thanks, is it random or do they put the bigger players at night?

They put the more popular player (or Australian) on at night generally. Tsitsipas is quite a Melbourne favourite and likely to be a more even match then Djokovic vs. Paul. I'd say that match is more likely for the primetime night spot.

        e.g.
        today's match Shelton/Paul afternoon, Djokovic-Rublev Night
        Tuesday Khachanov/Korda afternoon, Tsitsipas-Lehecka Night
Monday Everyone else afternoon, Demon-Djokovic Night

… shoes … which pairs will be playing

A left-footed shoe and a right-footed shoe will be playing as a pair. And the same with the opposing player. Except in the wheelchair tennis tournament in which shoes are optional.

  • What was the last match Novaxx played during the heat of the day at the Australian Open? He always seems to be on at night.

  • Todd said (during a match) that because both Men’s Semis are on Friday, the evening session would be the players who played most recently (Paul, Djokovic) to give them an extra quarter-day of recovery time.
